Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our team. This person needs to be proactive, details-oriented and happy to get involved in all aspects of the business. There is the opportunity to really make their mark and help the business to grow. Working closely with both directors, you will report directly to them and get involved in shaping the way forwards and expanding into new markets.
The role is expected to be full-time based in our HQ in the Cotswolds, but we will consider a London based person for more experienced candidates.
Responsibilities:
Stock management both in and out of the warehouse
Managing stock on shopify – adding new stock and editing collections
Working closing with creative team to manage website
Manage logistics of outbound and inbound stock into the warehouse. Working closely with courier services.
Implement SOPs within the business
Overseeing the showroom space – keeping it tidy and looking its best
Manage yearly budgets working closely with Directors
Coordinate retail calendar
Managing invoicing both in and out
Liaising and setting up trade accounts
Customer services with trade and direct to consumer
Helping Directors and the creative team to organise Pop-up events and press days
Working along-side Directors organising photo shoots
Overseeing QC and packaging
Assist with ongoing recruitment and HR as the business grows
The ideal candidate must have:
Experience in similar role
E-commerce experience on Shopify
Ideally experience in retail and in particular interiors
Have a financial understanding of budgets and invoicing on Xero
Highly organised and efficient
Good at communicating and happy to wear many hats
Salary – Competitive depending on experience
