This summer our new collection of Lucie de Moyencourt's 'Shellagance' ceramic shell wall plates have been joined by her latest nautical creation, a limited-edition collection of hand-moulded shell vases... bringing her signature sea-inspired forms into 3D for the first time...

Much like Lucie's ceramic wall plates, the vases' concept began with sketches in her Cape Town studio.
To create the 3D forms she worked in collaboration with fellow Cape Townian ceramicist, Mich Mellow, who hand-built the first prototype and then created a cast, to make further hand-moulded vases from.
